INTRODUCTION

SERVICES

PRICING

Pricing is determined based on the scope, complexity, and duration of each engagement. Fees are negotiated on a per-project or retainer basis and confirmed in writing before services begin.

PAYMENT TERMS

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, invoices are due within thirty (30) days of issuance. Certain projects may require milestone-based payments or an upfront deposit prior to commencement of services.

LATE PAYMENTS

Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee of up to 5% of the outstanding balance per month or the maximum amount permitted by law. Services may be suspended until outstanding balances are resolved.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice. For project-based work, cancellation may result in billing for work completed up to the date of cancellation. Deposits for work already scheduled or initiated may be non-refundable.

REFUND POLICY

Because consulting services are customized and time-based, refunds are not provided for services already performed. Any prepaid amounts for services not yet rendered may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials created by Stonebridge Holdings Group Inc remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their intended business purposes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Stonebridge Holdings Group Inc provides advisory services only. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific engagement.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which the company is registered.

MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
